INTERNATIONAL HR SERVICES           

According to the ILO global estimates on migrant workers, in 2017, migrant workers accounted for 164 million of the world’s approximately 258 million international migrants. Migrant workers contribute to growth and development in their countries of destination, while countries of origin greatly benefit from their remittances and the skills (also capital) acquired during their migration experience. It is a global trend which is here to stay. Economies worldwide depend on influx of migrant labor force, from most skilled profiles in IT, Engineering, Medical and so on, till season workers in agriculture industry or tourism. We believe strongly in the free movement of the labor force, regardless of someone’s personal motivation to make that decision and (whether or not permanently) move to another country.

In order to contribute and facilitate in that process, we have designed a soon to be launched web portal where candidates from all over the world can present themselves in professional manner, can specify their wishes and expectations, their personal and professional preferences. It is a place where international HR demand meets the supply, and employment contracts or freelance/outplacement deals are being made. In a first instance we are mainly focused on EU labor market (though not limited to it), but our ambition is to become a global broker who will help candidates and companies to find each other regardless of the location.

And it is about more than just a employments or outplacements. We want to help international freelancers as well, which can provide their services or expertise remotely or at a client’s location. Also companies can present their for outplacements available professionals in our portal, foremost our partners. It is designed as a paid service as we don’t necessarily profit from any transaction on the portal. We facilitate first contact, the rest is up to parties involved. If needed, we could arrange visas, temporary employment, housing or other paid services but that depends on the needs or preferences of the requesting companies.
